Membership:  The  membership of  greatlance  is  free  for  both  Buyers  and  Providers  . However  the  Normal  member ( Provider)  will  have  to pay   10%  of  project  Fee  . 

Geatlance  Offers  two  types  of  Freelance  Providers  Membership . Normal  and  Premium  as  mentioned  earlier  the  Normal  members pay  the  10%  of  their  Project  earnings to greatlance  where as  the  Premium members  only  pay 10$  one  time  fee  and  then  No  Commissions  at  all  .

Projects  :  The  Greatlance  offers  almost  all types  of  Projects  from  web  design and  development  to  Writing  and  Translation  and  From  Data  Entry to  Admin  Support  etc  . 

Payments  :  They  buyers  can  deposit  money  by  four  modules  Paypal  , Money bookers  , Direct  Deposit  and  Wire  Transfer . where  as  the  Providers  are  paid  through  greatlance's  Secure  Excrow  services  in order  to minimize  the  fraud  .  

Pros :  The  Greatlance  has  great  options  for  depositing  funds  by  Buyers  to  the  Greatlance  Escrow  . 

Cons :  The  Providers  has  only  one  option of  Escrow  payments  .
