Freelance  or work  from home  jobs  has  eased  the  way  to  work without  borders  off course  this is  a  business  without  borders  and  once  can hire  any  Freelance  Professional  from  any part of the  world  .

The  Freelancer can work  for  any  Employer  living  in any  country  . The  Freelance  Marketplaces  are  the  Space  for  connecting  Buyers  with  the  Providers  and Vice versa  .

Today , we  are  also  going to  review  the  great  growing  Freelance  Marketplace  , we  are  talking  about  Scriptlance.com  : the  Marketplace  for  the  Freelancers  and  Buyers  to connect  each other  .

Memberships :  Both  The  Buyers  and  The Programmers  or  Freelancers  can  register  on  Scriptlance  Free of  cost  . However the  Programmers  will have  to  pay  5% Commission  on their  wining  bid  . That  become  $5  dollars  per  100   . That  is  cool  and  you are  at  complete  freedom to work  on  the  Scriptlance  . The Buyers  can post the  projects  free of  cost  .
Projects  : The  Scriptlance  has  great  number  of  projects  on  almost all  freelance  categories  such  writing  and  translation , web  design  and  Development , graphic  designing  and  Programming  .One  can  expect  a  great  volume  of  project  on Scriptlance  . 

Payments  : The  Programmers  has  multiple  choices  of  getting paid  such  payoneer  Debit master card , pay pal  , Money Bookers  , Check  etc  where as  the  buyers  can  deposit money  through Pay  Pal   Credit card  , Money Bookers  ,  Check  ( over 5000) , Bank wire  and  Google  Checkout .

Upside  :  The  Scriptlance have  multiple  choices  for  payments  and  withdrawals  for  the  convenience  of  both  the  Programmers  and  the  buyers  working on the  Scriptlance  . The  Site  has  also  great  volume  of  projects  . 

Downside :  The scriptlance  has very  poor  navigation and  design  so it  attracts  less  Buyers  for  outsourcing business  and  no categories  are  shown to the  Programmers  to choose  the  right  jobs . All  jobs  are  mixed  up  .

    Hi, this is Nicole from vWorker.com (formerly known as Rentacoder.com). Like Scriptlance, vWorker provides access to a wide variety of jobs, but the services available at Scriptlance could limit that success. Consider the following:

    1. With pay-for-time type projects, Scriptlance doesn't allow you to verify your time by punching in and out of a real-time system, and cannot conclusively prove to the Employer that you were working. As a result they do not guarantee payment, and if the Employer does not wish to pay you, you may end up with no money.

    2. Scriptlance doesn't act as an arbitrator between parties, should a dispute arise, except in limited situations. Problem is, the site doesn't publish its arbitration details, so no one knows what those cases may be.

    3. Scriptlance doesn't show all buyers' non-action ratio, nor does it confirm buyers' phone numbers, credit cards, or PayPal accounts to prevent fraud. But vWorker shows all buyers' non-action ratio, and it confirms buyers' phone numbers, credit cards, and PayPal accounts to prevent fraud.
